1. Cancellation by You:

Digital Courses (Self-Paced): Once you have purchased and accessed the course materials for a self-paced digital course, no refunds will be provided. Accessing the course content signifies your acceptance of the material.

Live Workshops & Webinars: You may cancel your registration for a live workshop or webinar up to 7 days before the scheduled start date and receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled start date are non-refundable. To cancel your registration, you must notify us in writing via email at [email protected]. Please include your name, the name of the workshop/webinar, and the date of purchase.

Subscription-Based Services: For subscription-based services, you can cancel your subscription at any time. However, no refunds will be provided for any remaining period of your current subscription cycle. Your access to the service will continue until the end of the paid subscription period. To cancel your subscription, please follow the cancellation instructions provided within your account settings on the Site.

2. Cancellation by OnlineStepUp:

OnlineStepUp reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course, workshop, or webinar due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, or technical issues. In the event of a cancellation by OnlineStepUp: For live workshops and webinars, you will be offered the option to receive a full refund or to enroll in a rescheduled session (subject to availability). For digital courses, if the course is permanently discontinued, a pro-rata refund may be offered based on the portion of the course that was accessible. For subscription-based services, if the service is permanently discontinued during your subscription period, a pro-rata refund for the remaining period may be offered. We will notify you via email at the email address provided during registration or account creation in case of any cancellation or rescheduling.

3. Refund Process:

If a refund is applicable according to this policy, it will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation approval. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. 

4. Non-Refundable Items:

The following items are non-refundable:

Digital courses (once accessed). Cancellation of live workshops or webinars made within 7 days of the start date. Partial use of subscription-based services. Downloadable resources or materials that are part of a course or workshop (once downloaded).

OnlineStepUp reserves the right to modify or update this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically for any updates.
